Grounded in Backward Design, ADDIE, and Universal Design for Learning, my work emphasizes clear objectives, authentic application, and aligned assessments. I believe learning is most meaningful when it builds on prior knowledge, supports multiple pathways to success, and evolves through reflection and data.
